Miss Program ages 18-25

The Miss Program is for young women ages 18-25. We are the primaries to the Miss Idaho pageant that is held in Boise,Idaho in June. The Miss Idaho Pageant is the primaries to Miss America. We have orientation and also have 6 workshops to help you prepare before the competion.
All Miss Contestants are required to earn $100 for Children Miracle Network and ask to sell two Ad pages of $250 each for the program book. We are non profit and all money earned goes into the contestant scholarships, running the program and title holder state support.
BECOME A CONTESTANT
The Miss America Program and its 1,500 local and state Pageants comprise the largest single source of scholarship funds available to young women in the world. Annually, an estimated 40 million dollars is offered to more than 30,000 young women who participate in the Miss America programs.
To compete in the Miss Idaho Program, a contestant must first win a local pageant. The Events Calendar contains a list of upcoming events. Use it to find the local pageant nearest you.

Must be a United States citizen

At least 17 years old at the time of local pageant.

No more than 25 years old on December 31, 2019.

High school graduate or will become a high school graduate or complete the GED testing program prior to July 30, 2018 (for the 2019 Pageant Year).

Female, never married and never have had children

Legal resident of Idaho at least 6 (six) months prior to local pageant competition

Geographic eligibility for local pageants - only one of these is required for eligibility:

Residency: Resided in the local pageant franchise area for a minimum of six (6) months prior to entering a local preliminary pageant. Proof will be an Idaho driver's license, auto registration, current lease, student ID card, or any other official document establishing residency.

School: Completed at least one full semester at a high school, community college, or a four year college/university within the State of Idaho and must be currently enrolled as a full-time student (12 units) located within the franchise area of in accordance with the Miss Idaho nearest four year college rule. Proof will be evidence of registration, transcripts or other official documentation from the appropriate educational institution.

Work: Have been a full-time employee of a firm located within local pageant franchise area for a minimum of six (6) months prior to entering the local pageant. Must also be currently employed by a firm in the franchise area. Proof will be a letter from the contestant's employer.

GENERAL POLICIES

Must maintain the basis for eligibility throughout the local and state competition

An entrant may enter only two structured local pageants within a single pageant year, but may enter an unlimited number of open pageants.

There is no limit on the number of open local pageant titles an entrant may hold during her entire competition eligibility period (ages 17 – 25)

An entrant may hold only two structured local pageant titles during her entire competition eligibility period (ages 17 – 25)

An entrant may not succeed herself, or win the same structured or open pageant title more than once
